Responsibilities

Set up training camp facilities and presentation within 4 days of opening due to 2011 NFL Lockout

Oversaw the Corporate Hospitality tent for 26 days with 6 other team members

Responsible for keeping the Corporate Hospitality tent presentable to the Bills Corporate partners

Interacted with Buffalo Bills Corporate clients to maintain close working relationships

Represent the Buffalo Bills in a professional manner displaying pride of my position

Coordinate daily Will-Call ticket log to uphold organization and daily function of the Training Camp

Manage Hospitality Tent by registering and greeting guests while distributing credentials and gifts

Event Management: ensuring safe and secure environment for the patrons attending event.

Professionalism: represent the Buffalo Bills and corporate hospitality tent with pride and professionalism.

Networking: I closely worked with and developed relationships with sport industry professionals, peers, and corporate client guests.

Time Management: setting up the Hospitality tent every day at specified times prior to Training Camp opening to ensure the materials, equipment, and area is prepared for guests

Teamwork: Every day of Training Camp involved working as a team with 6 interns and our 3 supervisors

Hospitality Management: Involved with the day to day operations of providing remarkable guest services to the corporate clients of the Buffalo Bills.

Sponsorship Signage: assisted with putting up signage and advertisements in various sections of the St. John Fisher Campus, sponsorship assets include cars, banners, posters, favor marketing, etc.
