SPMT 386 - Sport Law
The course will demonstate how constitutional law, contract law, tort law, labor and antitrust law, apply to the sport industry. In addition the courst will provide a fundamental understanding of the court system and hwo legal issues are decided. This is a Theroy and Technique course.
I had a phenomenal learning experience in Sport Law. I built a new and strong vocabulary of various legal terms utilizied in various aspects of law. I also had the opportuntity to read and study many significant court cases that lead the historical settlements. I have included a few assignments that I compelted during the semester including two brief cases and my final presentation project.
