An American pop punk band from Towson, Maryland, All Time Low has been making hit records including “Dear Maria, Count Me In” along with many others. Members Alex Gaskarth, Zachary Merrick, Rian Dawson, and Jack Barakat have been making music together since 2003, while they were still in high school. You can catch these guys on tour for different universities and venues around the nation and even performing at Warped Tour. Now in 2013, the band has five albums out including, The Party Scene, So Wrong, It’s Right, Nothing Personal, Dirty Work, and their most recent, Don’t Panic. Another album is rumored to be on the way, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
The Slippery Rock University Program Board concerts committee worked relentlessly throughout the fall semester promoting the show to students on and off campus. Every tuesday and thursday the committee got together at two on campus locations during common hour to play All Time Low music from speakers, hand out ticketing information, candy, treats, and meet and greet contest opportunities.
The event was very succesful especially for such a niche group and fan base. The event brought over 1,000 students out and generated over $19,000 in ticket and merchandise revenue.

Event Day Portfolio Documents
Above are a series of documents that culminate into the event day portfolio that I keep by myside throughout set up, tear down, and the event.
The Event day productions itinerary is a timeline of exactly what needs to get done to succesfully host a concert.
The Event day contacts spreadsheet includes each and every persons name, number, email, and title. This list is quickly accessible for an emergency needs.
The executive board quadrant breakdown is for each of my Vice Presidents. Each VP has a specific quadrant responsiblity and a certain number of student leaders they are responsible for adminstering duties to and aiding. The final committee positioning spreadsheet details where each student leader is working throughout the event. This is broken down into three quadrants and two separate shifts.
