Coursework
1. Schedule Star Programing: each student was assigned to be the Athletic Director of their own High School; my school being Cohen High School. Each student must schedule games, practices, create rosters, coaches, officials, facilities, transportation and do all of the planning and organizing necessary for High School to have over 30 sport teams compete throughout the year. Schedule Star is a program that gives you the opportunity to practice your managerial skills while you follow along with the book. Lots of problems can arise working with Schedule Star and the process is not quick, you must plan ahead and work ahead of schedule if you want things to run smoothly within the Athletic Department. I have learned through this course that to be a successful Athletic Director you must be able to plan, lead, organize, and control the situations and activities that arise to you.

2. Schedule Star Portfolio: within this portfolio you will find all of the work that the Athletic Department must handle as a team for the student athletes of Cohen High School to legally participate in the sports they choose. Our mission statements, goals and objectives, organizational chart, team schedules and student lists are of the many informational pages that are contained within this portfolio. Anything you need to know about how our High School is ran with sports will be found in this portfolio. Cohen High School takes pride in everything we do and want our students to represent our Blue and White colors with pride, respect and passion for the game.
