Responsibilities

  • Sold 2 half season memberships for $1,998 through external prospecting activities

  • Set 14 appointments for an NBA Draft Party in 4 days with a 50% show rate providing arena tour experience

  • 400 hours of personal buyer, business to business, group sales, and sales and service training

  • Accompanied sales consultants on out of office business appointments and over 50 arena tours

  • Over 500 hours of training with experienced membership, new season, group and premium sales consultants

  • Managed and tracked 14 sales representatives weekly and overall hustle board scores and averages

  • Conducted weekly meetings with 14 inside sales representatives to keep an updated appointment tracker

  • Daily use of Microsoft Dynamics Consumer Relationship Management database and TM Archtics database

  • Assisted in developing a 2 week sales training program. I designed the Pyramid of Success workshop handout which is available for your viewing on the right.

 

 

Skills Developed

  • Personal Sales: acquired strategies and tactics for learning about the consumer and how to build trust and a relationship with the consumer

  • Business to Business Sales: received the opportunity to contact businesses and groups in the Atlanta area to inquire about utilizing the Atlanta Hawks to help their business

  • Service Training: garnered an understanding for the sales process and how important it is to follow up and service clients to ensure future business

  • Communication: communicate with over 60 sales representatives and several executives

  • Microsoft Excel: developed formulas and chart to provide management with data analytics

  • Organizational: kept all of managements files organized and easily accesible

  • Arena Tour Experience: provide prospective clients with a tour of the arena
